If not him then who? Silence is representing the streets of New Jersey. Born in the summer of 1987 and being exposed to a great variety of music, he soon developed a passion for music. Hip-hop was introduced to Silence at a very early age. His brother, who at the time was pursuing his own music career, opened his eyes to a whole new world. It wasn’t until the talented recording artist DMX arrived in the music business with his hit single “Get At Me Dog“, that Silence really put forth his best effort into becoming a music artist. Silence has been told on numerous occasions that he has the talent and potential to make it in the music business. When a contact at Sony records said, “that Fitted On song is a hit,” Silence knew he could be more than what was expected. Starting out with a local group Draft Pick Entertainment, Silence set out to claim his spot as a talented music artist. He then signed to the independent label Club Bangers International where some of his best work was created.
In 2004 a mix tape “Best of the S,” his first, created a small buzz for the artist in Asbury Park New Jersey. In late 2005 Silence released another mix tape “Best of the S” Volume 2; this CD created a bigger buzz for him and also got him noticed by a few people in the industry. Besides the hard work in the studio, Silence performs at clubs and various venues. Silence has performed for Sony/Epic records from January 2006 to the summer of 2007 at places such as Club Brokers and Club Stealth. In addition Silence has also performed at The Apollo and 106 and Park freestyle Friday battle.

After a brief hiatus from the music scene Silence returned to his music career. "I had to make sacrifices and do what was best to better my life." In 2011 he released his new single "Do Ya Thang Boo" which did fairly well recreating a buzz and alerting his fans that he was still a creative artist. Early in 2012 Silence then unleashed his hit single "Im On It, I Own It" which set his music career in a new direction and opened more opportunities. Feeling like "Do Ya Thang Boo" did not receive proper promotion he re-released it and promoted both songs as singles. The songs are currently in rotation on internet and college radio stations around the world. They are also available on iTunes and as ringtones. Continuing to pursue his career as a hip hop artist Silence has taken on many projects. Ranging from club hosting, making connections, music development, promoting, performing, and collaborating with various upcoming artists.
In 2013 Silence decided to take his career in another direction when he took on a co-hosting position on a show called 291 & Campbellton. Over a span of two years Silence and host LadyRedd created a platform for artist to come out network and showcase their talent in front of various mangers, magazines and labels. As fate would have it all good things must come to an end and the 291 & Campbellton TV Show had to take a back seat. After a few short months Silence and LadyRedd created a new show called “No Gravity,” a show that spoke on real life topics and also gave a select few of artist to display their talent.
From 2014 to present date Silence has expanded his career by going on local city tours. It started as summer tours at open mics throughout Atlanta and surrounding cities to now touring in different states. These states have included New York, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Virginia, and many more to come. Along with these tours comes the release of new music. In 2016 his ep "Da Stage" was released on all digital streaming platforms along with a few exclusive singles to keep the momentum going. Along with tours Silence has often donated a percentage of profit to charity events and causes. While on tour he finds time to include attending a charity event for Lupus Foundation of America or participating in a 5k race for homelessness. in his words "Im not who I been doing this for, but I will continue to do it for who I'm doing it for."
The year 2020, was a true breakout year for the versatile artist known now as SIL3NC3 SEWARD. A year that will forever be remembered as the year of vision Silence did just that, create a vision. He found himself pursuaded by a longtime friend and supporter Donn Duch to compete in an online rap battle. This rap competition took place via instagram and was hosted by Shade 45 dj Da Inphamous Amadeus. After a few failed attempts he found himself labeled one of the greats of the Punchline Academy. His lyrical genius and consistency landed him on Serius Xm, 4 fm radio station, magazine placement, and a 1 on 1 freestyle with Layzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.
Silence is an outstanding versatile artist who believes in himself. He has reported that he “will do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry.” Through a career of about 15 years Silence has achieved a lot and is slowly making a name for himself locally and internationally. Ready to move any crowd, Silence is the voice that wants to be heard. Silence looks forward to being if not the best, one of them. “I’m at the top, but why stop there, the sky doesn’t stop at the clouds.”
